I go to their store and talked with them and set an appointment for the day after to repair my phone, they also know that I live far away from their store.
While they have my phone number, they didn’t bother themselves to call me on the day of appointment and inform me that they can’t repair my phone while they know they can’t due to their system problem.
They don’t answer their phone calls as I called them several times to be sure that I don’t waste my time by going there and also they don’t call me to not come when we set an appointment for changing my phone battery.
That’s ridiculous and irresponsible behavior

Recently, my iPad broke down, so I went to get it fixed. Since I don’t speak German, I communicated in English, and they explained everything clearly and understandably.
