to respond to the owner, as a business owner, you need to maintain customer satisfaction, that’s why reviews are there, you can have the best services but reviews are negative, people won’t come, so yes, I judge you based on your reviews, I cannot afford my time and effort to become another negative review under this post, and actually I have already send a link of this reviews to Google itself, to see how people are suffering. how you come up with 99% is kind of shows me, who I am dealing with, and I did not just check this branch, I check everywhere, and not just google but many other resources, all same output. and I give a neutral rating. cheers.
