I came to the store with a non working MacBook Pro, the instore team provided excellent troubleshooting and support, even tho they are just in a temporary location atm.
Their lead technician took care of my MacBook and they finished the repair the next day. As my device is still within the Apple Care warranty, it was completely free, which i found amazing. They also assisted me with my interest for an new iPhone with some AirPods while my MacBook was troubleshooted. Their friendly and knowledgable approach together with great prices really convinced me to buy from them and not driving to the Apple Store at the Kurfurstendamm or Saturn. If you are around and need help with an Apple Product or need something, u should really visit this store in Steglitz.

Horrible Service. Employees are stuck in the processes instead of solving problems.
Their own technician was on vacation and the only way to begin a repair case on the day of the appointment was to hand over the device for 3-4 weeks for it to be repaired in Hamburg.
Who exactly would give away a device for a month? Why cant a case be opened and the device brought in when the technician is back from vacation?
