I had just given a single star but since the owner wants details, here you go:
1. The one star for the nice female employee who was efficient in getting the task done
2. I dropped off my phone for battery replacement and was told there is a shortage of technicians, where as the Apple website didn’t quote the same, the communication between Apple and Comspot seems to be lacking.
3. I got an email on Saturday that the phone was ready. I got to the store on Monday to collect the phone and it seemed to be dead.
4. After a battery replacement I as customer expect to atleast see if that has been done on the phone, the employee at the counter found some charger grumbling and said they didnt have a fast charger, imagine hearing that in a Comspot store. After 5 minutes he declares it isn’t charged and asks me to check it at home.
Conclusion: if you want an Apple product or services may be better head to Saturn just bang opposite to this shop

Ordered an iphone 13, not even the pro version since september and each time I ask about it, they tell me nothing yet, how come this is a premium apple reseller?! , I went to other apple reseller store and bought it on the spot without even making an orderi or waiting.
Super nice and helpful staff, the service they did for my Macbook pro was amazing, they did more than I have asked. Overall Very satisfied, I would recommend to anyone that has problems with their Apple devices
