I recently reached out to Dwight at Concept Computers regarding some frustrations I had been experiencing with a brand-name PC I purchased (from elsewhere) not two years ago, combined with very disappointing service I had received from one of those mobile repair guys (also elsewhere). Dealing with Dwight, by contrast, was like a breath of fresh air. Firstly, he’s available when you need him to be and based in the community, bypassing the need to talk to some call center guy half-way around the world. Second, Dwight’s very apparent customer-first commitment to service, combined with a straight-forward, very honest approach, made me feel comfortable right away. What I ended up getting from Dwight was a bespoke solution that was perfectly suited to my needs. I explained to him that I felt a bit distraught at the thought of having to shell out for a brand-new PC to replace my failing one so soon, so he identified an option that allowed us to re-purpose the parts that were in still in good shape from my old PC, combined with some new ones, and install them in a new and modernized chassis with a vastly improved power supply and state of the art motherboard. The end result is effectively a “new”, and vastly improved PC – and for a price that was much easier on my my pocketbook than a new unit would have been. From now on, I’m dealing with nobody else other than Dwight and Concept Computers, for all my repair, maintenance and new PC needs. Thanks for a job well done, Dwight!

I have been delighted since I switched everything over to Dwight at Concept Computers. I recently purchased my new desktop system there and got it in two days at a reasonable price. I highly recommend having the maintenance agreement with them. Not because there was anything wrong with the computer (it’s great) but I had several glitches with various programs and add-ins I had been previously using. Dwight and Melanie treated me as their number one customer and it was such a time-saver having them service my computer remotely rather than having to take it in. I highly recommend them.

Dwight checked with all of his suppliers, researched all potential available models, and called me back within 30 minutes offering a model that perfectly fit my requirements. He also had it in-store the next day, selling at a lower price and triple the warranty I had previously received from a competitor.
