One of my worst shop experience with Conforama. I bought a wardrobe in the 14 of January and when they brought it to my home the delivery and assembly agents found two pieces were broken so they did a command for these broken pieces, and till now “27 April” there is no information each time I go to check if there’s any news about the pieces I heard the same story from the agent of After Sale Service “they are ready but I don’t know when they will come”.
I will never buy from this fraud and incompetent company, and I don’t recommend it to anyone. Also I will tell every person about my bad experience. I already told my story to my work team, my family and my neighbors.
