Can I please have an update on my delivery.
I have been told it has been delayed with no updated delivery time.
Also I am still waiting on a refund on a different product for a month.
I have contacted support and both times they have said the director from the store in Brive will call me, I am yet to still have somone on the phone.

This is an absolute joke.
I have now called numerous times on the number you have provided 05.19.11.00.35 only to be told that the number doesn’t exist.
Is your reply only there to try and make your business look better without providing actual support?
