The store staff is excellent and helpful. 5 stars for them.
But the responsible in the collection area is a menace. He is mannerless, arrogant and has no respect for the customers. He made us wait for around 45 minutes and shouted when we asked for the status of our product. I wanted to make a formal complaint but there is no store manager in the store apparently.
Coming to the product, it has scratch marks but as I bought it offline, I’m not sure where to register my complaint. Also, it is not possible to return it to the store.

Poor customer service. Some of my belongings disappeared after a bed delivery, unfortunately I realized a couple of days after. When came to the store where I purchased the bed to seek support, was told is not their responsibility, that another company does the delivey and I should lease with them. Surpring response even though I paid Conforama for the delivery.
After buying an electric trottinent in this magasine …. The item worth 500EUR and there is no one to assist you . There is a problem with the item …. Not charging very well . Very bad quality …. The person in the service after sell told me he finish his service so I have to wait for the other personne …. Very bad experience
