I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the lack of communication and failure to deliver an item that I purchased from your store. Despite multiple attempts to reach you via phone and email, I have not received any response.

During our last conversation, you assured me that the purchased item was ready to be shipped and that I would receive a tracking code. However, I have yet to receive the tracking code or the item itself.

This delay and lack of communication are unacceptable. I request that you provide me with an immediate update on the status of my order, including the tracking information. If I do not receive a response within [specify a reasonable timeframe, e.g., 7 days], I will be forced to take further action, including filing a formal complaint with consumer protection agencies and considering a chargeback through my credit card provider.

I had a kind of rushed order at the time due to my kids birthday round the corner. In my rushed panic I forgot to add an extra controller for the Xbox. I rang up to find out if this could be remedied and Ash came on the phone and reassured me this would be no problem at all and Ash even said that he would do his best to get the shipping out to me as soon as possible due to the birthday which I am really grateful for. When the parcel arrived I actually noticed Ash had upgraded the controllers to the newer model I had ordered. My son was over the moon with this present and his best mate loves it too! Thank you so much for the great service! Will be buying again soon no doubt for another birthday

Dropped off my broken PS 4, with no expectations after it being out of use for 2 years. Fully expected to receive it months after having dropped it in before Xmas, a busy period in anyone’s diary, and to my suprise, within a week, I had a call and it was ready to collect!
