I had a suspicion my HDMI Port on my PS5 had broke so I had a look on google and there was many shops a lot closer to me but I saw Console Wizard last second with 300+ reviews with 99.9% of them being 5 stars. I took the risk and traveled 45 minutes as I had a lot of faith in this business. Got the PS5 back next day working at peak performance once again. Staff were amazing, very helpful and was a very smooth process. Not to mention Console Wizard is the cheapest place I found aswell at only PS80 for the repair. Cant recommend these enough and anyone thinking of travelling 45 mins like I did or more DO IT!

Sent my Nintendo DS in to have the top screen replaced and these bodge job cowboys somehow managed to break the game slot. Seems to be something pushing through from behind the game slot so that the cartridges don’t fit in properly and the games freeze up constantly. I have photographs of before and after they ‘repaired’ it so I can prove it’s their fault but they refused to fix it and refused to refund me the cost of ‘repairing’ my console. Steer clear of these vandals
