My Samsung flip z 3’s screen was going black and unresponsive and i couldn’t work out what was wrong on my own.

I sent it to Samsung first. I paid PS30 for an inspection, after about a month I found out they hadn’t even looked at it so I asked for it back and a refund.

Looking around there were a few places that were offering repairs for this model but they were quite expensive and you had to know what was wrong with the phone, which I didn’t. I didn’t want to waste money on an expensive repair if it didn’t fix the issue.

Dave however was really helpful, I dropped it off at the weekend and it was fixed by Wednesday, and at a fraction of the cost. Thank you for helping!

Absolutely fantastic service, had a broken charging port, within the day he fixed it and returned it to me in my work place as I was unable to get to him to get it back, no extra charge, so so helpful as my job meant I would be without a phone for 3 days and he fixed it on the spot ! The price I was charged was less than the prices of mobile phone shops in Stevenage ! Such a kind helpful man please support this individual buisness they are amazing !

Son’s phone badly damaged and not responding phoned Dave and he saw us almost immediately, only took him a day to fix it and it was very reasonable. He also threw in a screen cover and case – hopefully phone will last now – thanks Dave.
