I used to like going here till I dealt with Pierre, (apple service representative) he is super inpatient, aggressive and it seems like he doesn’t care to give you info unless you have an issue. He thinks your wasting his time if you’re just trying to get information on your device. And have no issues with it. According to him that is.
Considering this is the only apple authorized place I’d recommend dealing with Kurtis if you have to come here for apple products, he’s nothing but polite patient and informative.

Core Business Solutions are life savers and decent folks. We have had issues in our store and luckily I’ve been able to get assistance right away. From computers to printers for us they are fast, efficient and affordable. What I find interesting is ordering items is either competitive or less expensive than driving across town for the same item. They are also a great addition to downtown.

i brought my laptop last year to get repaired … i called them more then ounce and i was told everytime they will call me back … then i went twice in person again i was told they will call me back…. one year later one call me back stating they couldnt get ahold of me and they sent it to recycle when we ask about my personal informationhe hung up on me.
