Ordered a replacement for our old desktop. Steve was fantastic with his advice even saying that our usage did not merit a higher spec machine. He gave great information regarding future proofing and we ordered one. It took two days for all the parts to arrive and Steve built it and installed all the software the following day. I took our old machine in to the Gloucester shop so that all the data could be transferred and the old hard drive removed. This only took a couple of hours. The quality of the machine is fantastic as was the service we received. I will not hesitate to use them again for all my computer needs.
Such fast and amazing service, will definitely be coming back if I encounter any further tech issues. Steve responded within the same night of my enquiry, and had my computer fixed and back in my hands within 24 hours of handing the machine over! – Many thanks 🙂
