Jonathan diagnosed the problem with my PC, ordered and fitted a new SSD and then updated me to Win10 and Office 365. Some done through his remote software and some done on-site but all done with efficiency and full explanation. On top of that Jonathan is a very pleasant chap to deal with and instils confidence in the work he is doing and the advice he is giving. I can recommend him to anyone who is looking for PC support – a great example of a small business owner providing a personal service.

Jonathan responded quickly to my telephone call and dealt with my initial problem quickly and efficiently in my own home, explaining as he went along what he was doing. He also advised me on the need to update various programmes on my P C. He then departed and proceeded to ‘clean up’ my P C with his remote service which was excellent and is much to be recommended.
