I had trouble with my Dell “All-In-One” which was constantly crashing and that fault was diagnosed as a faulty hard drive. My important documents (Publisher/Word/Excel) were downloaded onto a memory stick and a new solid state hard drive was installed. My Publisher/Word/Excel were reinstalled and my computer is now lightening quick. This work was carried out within 48 hours and the charge was very reasonable. Absolutely fantastic service. Had to repair my MacBook. Knowing that Apple charges disgraceful amounts of money for a minor repair I decided to go to a third party, but was a little cautious. However the result was beyond my expectations-the service was extremely quick and quality, at a fraction of a price I could have paid at an official repair center.
