Amazing customer service, helped me choose the correct charger for my laptop, replied to my email within 2 minutes and it arrived very quick, shipped official ASUS charger from UK using royal mail 1st class. Furthermore, it was sent in a small box that can fit through a letter box, so I didn’t even need to be home to receive the parcel, truly going above and beyond. 10/10 highly recommended, I will be a loyal customer to Coywood computers for all my laptop charger needs.
Ordered a replacement laptop charger, and mistakenly asked for the wrong size connector. The issue was resolved very quickly, with minimal fuss. Now I have a new charger that works perfectly and has a nice long lead. Have previously ordered from Amazon and ended up with a short lead charger that broke quickly, and ordering direct from Dell is very expensive. Coywood Computers provides a good quality product at a reasonable cost, as well as excellent service.

It is great to see that you provide genuine products from the same sources as the original laptop manufacturer rather than cheap clones. I saw yet another report of an electric scooter bursting into flames this morning, and those are usually due to the chargers being cheap and nasty.
