The 4.5 rating is deceptive, didn’t see the negative comments until I fell a victim and just realized the 5 stars are doctored as stated by a reviewer.

If you do not want to be duped of your money,
your laptop/phone destroyed (touch screen functionality destroyed),
the police called on you and when they came and spoke to me but couldn’t do much as it was a civil dispute(advised shop attendant to tell manager to charge for non-touch since they spoilt the touch screen and advised me to take it to the Ombudsman, Obaid asked me to go to court, yes he is that dubious).
Insulted and shouted on;

Made a racist comment towards me as I left the store. Went in to look at a SD card, asked for the price and though it was a little expensive compare to online. So I started leaving then he said, “if you want it cheaper go back to your country and buy it there, go back to china”. Even though that is not where I am from.

Went it to get a cracked iPhone 7 screen repaired and Obaid did a fantastic job. Fixed it quickly while I waited, was very friendly throughout and gave me a great price for the work. Was very happy and would recommend them to anyone looking to get their phones repaired in central Newcastle without any hassle.
