I’ve tried repeatedly to come to this location to get the screen protector replaced on my kids phone. I always check the website for current store hours and come during those times but when I arrive the door is locked and the lights are off. I’ve filled out the form on their website several times asking when they were open so I could come during those times but never get a reply. I’ve tried calling the phone number a few times as well with no answer. I would love to recommend CPR to others as I’ve had fantastic service at locations in other cities but it seems like this one is never open.

I have tried so many places to get my phone fixed and this place is by far the best place. The number 1 thing i l liked about doing business with them is that they are honest and if something goes wrong they will fix it immediately!!!! I had so many bad experiences until i found this place. Thank you so much for helping me with my phone!!! If I could give yall 1,000 stars I would!

They said they took the demo mode off of the phone and charged me 55.00 and when I got back home it was back on demo mode… Yes you took demo off but when I got home it was right back on there…
