Ruined part of my laptop. I brought my laptop in to have RAM installed. It was done quickly, probably too quickly. It had never had any work done on it, so it had never been opened to expose any internal parts. When l received it back the network adapter was not not working, it is missing. The entire plug is gone! The laptop was not resealed properly and my emails to them have been ignored. I contact by email because phone calls can be claimed to have never happened. I do not recommend using this shop for anything. There is a difference for an incidental thing happening, vs destroying an entire part of the PC’s hardware system. Notice in the photo how the entire adapter to plug a LAN wire into is just gone. A LAN wire in the spot just sits there as opposed to clicking into place. So thank you to the people that did this and now will not respond.

This place is HORRIBLE. I’ve brought 2 different phones for them to fix before and they both worked worst than when I brought them in. My latest(iPhone XR) simply had a cracked screen. Well MULTIPLE “repairs” later and also almost $400 later I was told ” you need a new phone. Took my phone to a different store(a store who doesn’t even specialize in phone repair) they only charged me $90. These guys are OVERPRICED and UNDER EXPERIENCED. DO NO TAKE YOUR PHONE HERE.

I had a phone that was restarting constantly. Andy was able to diagnose and repair the issue within a matter of 5-10 minutes and noticed it was the result of faulty work from a previous insurance repair performed elsewhere (they forgot to put backs a couple of small metal plates that hold a clip in that came loose). I walked in, left for 30-40 minutes, and came back to a phone that was working properly. Thank you Andy for the quick and professional service.
