1 star. Not because they didn’t have my warranteed screen protector in stock (stuff happens, I get it), but because of the way the representative behind the desk responded to it. No “Sorry, we don’t have that, let me see if we can help you in other ways”. Just, “It’s back ordered.” Period. No offer of help to find a way to resolve my issue.
This was the first time I stepped foot in this store and probably the last. Terrible customer service experience.
I bought a Galaxy S21 5G about 1.5 years ago because they didn’t have what was needed for my other phone; supposedly. I paid big bucks for the phone, a screen protector guaranteed (but damaged) and 5G in this area does not exist. This is the worst phone I have ever owned. Need a cell phone, go to the plan provider you are using to buy one, or need repairs.
Referred our customer here when they were traveling to take care of their iPhone screen replacement. They took great care of them and as a technician myself, I am very satisfied with their quality and promptness. Thank you for taking care of our customer!
