Brought my PlayStation in for repair. Guy at the front was very uncommunicative and didn’t want to answer any questions both at drop-off and pickup. Picked up my system and he said “I think it works”??
He obviously didn’t even bother to test it; when I got it home the power issue had been repaired but now the disc drive doesn’t work. I have to manhandle the disc to get it in and out of the system, since the belt drive no longer works properly.
How unbelievably shoddy. Will never bring anything here again.
