I am part of Rogers likewize device protection plan and was referred to CPR cell phone repairs for a walk-in repair. Initially I wasn’t familiar with how this works and I called the day I made my service request to get my phone screen repaired. The phone range max 2 times, the service rep was pleasant, informative and provided a rough estimate of when my screen would be received since he didn’t have any inventory. He said it would be 3-4 business days. I was quite concerned because I dropped in the pavement and it was barely in useable condition. So 3-4 days seemeded like forever, and I crossed my fingers I could have it fixed by the end of the week, since this happened on a Monday.

Well, 3 says later I recieved a call from CPR noting the screen replacement had arrived and I could walk-in any time. I walked-in around 1230 and was kindly greeted by Amol the service technician. I had a brief conversation voicing my concerns about having my phone wiped because Rogers only had mail out repair only in the past and it’s such a hassle to do it. I seem to always have something missing when I restore my back up. Anyways, it was so nice of him to inform me of why Rogers did this and educated me on the other issues I had in the past with being charged for other things with my phone. Luckily I didn’t need to do it as it’s apparently unnecessary for a screen replacement. It’s more of a security feature with mail-out and taking away the liability from Rogers or Thirs party contractors if anything were to happen. Who knew?

Anyways, he mentioned on the phone 1-2 hours but ended up only needing 1 hour, which was pleasantly surprising since now a days I feel sadly I can’t go far without my phone. Since I don’t live in Vancouver and am not familiar with the area.

Overall 10/10 experience with customer service, and knowledge, and technical work. I felt I could trust him and he had my best interest in mind. Thanks for the great service. 🙂

I came here with my broken phone yesterday. My phone’s motherboard was damaged. They fixed it in 2 days. I went to other big stores like Apple and Mobile Klinik and everyone told me that my phone was not fixable. Even the guy at front desk named Hunnie was friendly and knowledgeable unlike other stores as they seems to be bored when I told them it needs motherboard repair.They also told me that there will no charges if device is not fixable. I highly recommend this place for affordable and reliable repairs.
