Great service will definitely use again.
Phone had water damage and screen was black unresponsive and unusable. They quickly identified that it appeared the damage was isolated to just the screen and gave a price for a new one which was less than I expected. As it was a Friday they said they weren’t sure if the part would arrive the next day or not so left their test screen on it so we could use the phone in the meantime which made the world of difference to our weekend and also let us make sure that the phone was working normally. First time using these guys and will make a point of going back there after this great service.

I have used cracked repairs at least half a dozen times now. Every time, they’re quick on the phone, quick on the turnaround, and it’s got to be said because in the real world – things do happen – I came away with an unresponsive screen this last time around.
