Definitely won’t recommend Crackerz Technology Inc to anyone!!! Friday I took the day off from work to get my IPhone screen replaced showed up there at 9:45 am.
They open at 10:00 am I was the first in line then 4 other customers came now it’s 10:30 am and still not open the one lady in line knows the owner so she gives her a call to let her know that the store wasn’t open yet.
The owner couldn’t come down to open up and she couldn’t get ahold of anyone else to open the store – go figure.
She was hoping that one of the technicians would show up by 11:00 am – I waited until 11:10am then left.
Crackers wanted me to drop off my phone for a hour to replace the screen and charge $200.
Ended up going over to GURU’S Phone repair on Fraser highway right beside B&W Insurance walked in 15 minutes later walked out and it only cost me $115.
Would HIGHLY recommend GURU’S Phone repair to anyone very polite and friendly and won’t over charge you. 5 STARS for sure !!!

10/10 recommend CRACKERZ for any kind of electronic repairs! I was told from several stores that my MacBook Air was not fixable and that they couldn’t fix it for me without a proof of purchase – I was defeated.
Crackerz was able to take my laptop the day I walked in, and I was quoted about 2 ish weeks because they had to order a part. I got a call four days after I left my laptop in their hands saying that it was fixed and all ready to go. Not only was this the fastest and most reliable repair I’ve ever had done, but it was cheap as well!
Fantastic customer service. I will definitely be seeing them again if I ever need any electronic help.

So I ended up taking 3 different computers here within the span of 3 weeks, and I don’t regret it. Besides being a decent price (just $25 for the diagnostics), the staff was friendly and helpful – especially Ron! Professional and competent yet also friendly and clearly wanting to help me get things figured out. He even took care of the diagnostics fee for the second computer! All in all a great experience, and if I ever need it again I’ll be going back there.
