These guys get 5 stars and the blue ribbon for my experience with them. I have a refurbished laptop that has not been working well. I took it to another place that was closer and they barely looked at it, said it was just old. Drove a little further to Craig’s and they looked at it made suggestions and did the work in about 24 hours. When I was having trouble installing my printer, I called them, they did screen sharing and took care of it for me. Very polite and helpful and patient.

Craig and his team truly amazed me. I heard he was a straight shooter and great with every single person, and that is exactly what I experienced! He didn’t push for unnecessary additions that would end up costing so much more and he easily took care of the problems. I respect him for his work ethics and for how he treated each customer that came in and called while I was there. I will never go to another location!

What a great company and good human! Craig was able to fix my 96 year old Granmother’s desktop computer! He was very patient dealing with us from across the country. He picked her computer up and had it back to her the same day. He even called me while there and gave her the phone. The joy in her voice was worth it all! Very reasonably priced. Highly recommend!
