I consider myself quite a techy guy, I built my gaming PC and have resolved small issues in the past but this particular problem fell far outside of my comfort zone to diagnose.

I decided to drop Kevin a message, he was incredibly helpful and tried his best to simply solve it over the phone if possible, but it needed looking at to find the core problem.

Kevin was busy over the weekend but he actually found time in his schedule to drop by, pick it up and check it out, in a matter of hours he had identified the core problem with a fault PSU lead and sent me a video of my PC fully working again.

Very efficient, lovely person to talk to and will definitely be in contact with him in the future if I have any more problems.

I had major issues with my laptop crashing and running slow, it needed a new motherboard and other parts replacing, Kevin diagnosed the issue in minutes BUT rather than take my money he had the goodness in him (unlike many other companies) to make me aware that the laptops still had 3 days warranty with the manufacturer and advised me to save my money and contact them, i did so and had the laptop repair completed free of charge, this company did not have to do that and could have charged me and repaired it them self. It is a nice feeling to know that there is honest decent people still out there ! thank Kevin

I hadn’t used this business before, until this week (Feb 2024). Had a recurring problem with my daughter’s laptop and trying to fix it was driving me crazy. I searched online and read some reviews of Kevin’s business. I dropped off the laptop at 5.30pm one day and got a message at 9am the next day to say that it was fixed and ready to collect! Great service, nice person and a very affordable repair that didn’t break the bank. A very positive experience, thanks for sorting this so quickly Kevin, it’s very much appreciated.
