I found this computer store because I needed help with my camera on my laptop. My laptop was still under warranty, but Lenovo only offered an in store fix (which is how I found Chris), or mail my laptop into Lenovo. I am a business owner and my laptop is my source of income. Any downtown is cause for concern if my laptop isn’t working or if I have to send it in to be fixed. I pulled up, gave my serial number and within 20 minutes Chris had my camera working. Something, Lenovo or any trouble shooting couldn’t fix while being on the phone. Now I can resume my zoom meetings

My headphones wouldn’t work while connected to my laptop, I looked online to see if anyone could help me. I found Crave Systems, in Milton and gave them a call. They answered right away and helped me solve the issue over the phone, they told me that the headphone jack was connected to the motherboard and couldn’t fix it relatively cheap. Instead they recommended me to get an USB headset instead. Thank you so much for helping me.
