I have been using the excellent expertise and professionalism of the staff at Creative Computing for many years /decades which has also included the purchase of a few laptops for upgrade purposes during this period. I have always been very impressed by their expertise, professionalism and helpfulness on every occasion when I required help over the years. On my last visit I was unable to access either Microsoft Word, my Microsoft Account or my Outlook email system. On going to Creative Computing, the staff considered that my laptop had been hacked. To cut to the chase Creative Computing staff were able to resolve the problem and I now have my laptop working perfectly and my Microsoft Account and Outlook email system problems are now resolved. I would always highly recommend Creative Computing to anyone requiring computer servicing, purchasing or expertise.

Took my laptop in with accidental broken screen. Wasn’t holding out much hope for it but the guys at Creative computing had a look and said they could fix it at a very reasonable price. They said it would be a couple of days but they fixed it for me within 2 hours. Absolutely great customer service. Would recommend to anyone who needed a laptop repair.

From the start they were extremely helpful in sourcing me a PCI-e cable for my graphics card. Had it collected same day which has now fixed my graphics issue. The person (didn’t get their name) at reception when I collected was extremely friendly and understanding. Highly recommend anyone to go here if they have issues / questions. Thanks all!
