Steve was extremely helpful back in January (apologies for the delay in writing this review Steve). He told me over the phone what the likely scenario was and based on the urgency he was able to receive the laptop within 15 mins of the call and resolve the issue within 24 hours. The best service at a fair price. Highly recommend and would use Steve again for any future issues. He gave excellent advice.
I recently used Steve at Crown Computer Repair to copy all my documents etc., on to a new laptop. Not being very technically minded myself I thought there was bound to be problems but no, everything went incredibly smoothly. Steve was so helpful in answering my questions and giving advice. Incredible service, I would definitely recommend and certainly use again.
The old PC was getting very slow, and MSOffice stopped working. Dropped it into Steven @ Crown and he replaced the drive and generally sorted it out. Now completely transformed, and with so much less cost and hassle than replacing it. Great service and very reasonable, I’d definitely recommend Crown, and will use them again if the need arises.
