We have used this company for over two years now and our experience has been of a consistently exceptional service. They have provided us with highly professional care not only in problem-solving, emergency support and regular maintenance, but also in tecnical assessment of potential hardware and software acquisitions. We are not particularly digitally competent ourselves, so to know that we can always call on people who really know what they are doing provides very welcome reassurance. We would recommend this company without reservation.
Had a laptop which was not charging. Went to Charles at 2pm and he identified the problem and waited for my confirmation to order a new battery for it all in the same day, so my laptop was fixed within days! I mentioned a small problem to him with the touchpad and he was able to replace that very quickly too. He was very communicative and clear throughout the process! Very happy with the service and will definitely be going back if I have any other issues!
Charles set up a refurbished desktop with Microsoft Office and everything else to my specifications. He is very friendly,knowlegeble and communicates at every stage and his price is very reasonable.
He explained all IT issues to me and helped me set up my platforms. Best guy.
