Would not recommend. Gave my USB drive to have some files recovered. He told me it would be returned to me within a couple of days. After a month and several text messages I was able to pick it up. The new drive he gave me was broken and came apart every time I pulled it out of my computer and the files he saved it on were all out of order and disorganized unlike I had them on my personal drive. Many of the files, the ones I needed the most, I still could not open. I contacted him about the unreadable files he said he would look into it and I never heard back from him again. It was a waste of $100.

I have used CSR Computer Services & Repair for approximately 15 years for both my business and personal use. Bill has always come to the rescue when I have an issue with my computer. He even gave me a temporary computer to take out of the country until my parts are in so I can do my work! He is always reasonable with his pricing and I trust him with my information. He gave me an approximate part cost that was accurate and when the part arrived, he promptly replaced it within 60 minutes and had me on my way.
