For business reason we have always relied on CTDI services, this time was for my personal MacBook and once more they are the best in the field.
3 days to repair a MacBook screen failure handling it under Apple Official Warranty and helping through the full procedure, in English (being in Berlin), with the uttermost kindness and professionalism? I challenge you to find it around elsewhere, these folks are of incredible knowledge and wonderful manners.

Absolutely exceptional service here. I dropped in with a software issue and even though they deal with hardware mostly, they were more than happy to assist me. I went in twice in 2 days after the Mac store was too busy to get an appointment.

The guys at CTDI Repair Lounge in Berlin are amazing! They were so incredibly helpful and efficient. My MacBook stopped working when I needed it the most, they fixed the problem in a couple of hours. I was very stressed about the situation, they were incredibly kind, understanding and informative.
