That’s literally the best place to fix your computer in derby! I had a problem with motherboard from Amazon wanted to install new CPU but was old stock so needed to upgrade flash. I visit about 15 different stores and they all turned me down because they didn’t have old CPU in order to do it. Then when I come across this shop guy said that he can do it I went with exceptation that its gonna take a long time maybe leave it overnight.But no Martin stitched it up for me in 30 minutes including installing new CPU for me for fair price as well. He’s genuinely a nice guy and good technician had a nice chat with him while being there. 100% recommended best service I’ve had so far Ty buddy.

Came in today because my HP PC was not turning on, Martin was very welcoming and even had a lovely chat with my nan which is a comforting feeling. He knew what the issue was instantly and cracked straight on with the Job and showed me it works and no issues should happen next. The total came too PS45 but I had too tip him for the lovely experience and he even gave me a free usb sound stick which is perfect as I needed that! Martin is a lovely chap and will 100% be going back for whatever I need next so happy.

Can’t thank this company enough. I was driving around endlessly today trying to look for some thermal paste for my young sons new pc parts for his bday and was really unsuccessful till I called these guys. The gentleman was extremely helpful and had some spare for me to take back home. The knowledgeable and experienced he has is fantastic I actually spent over half hr chatting in the shop. Definitely recommend this place for any computer needs/queries etc thank you again
