Customer Service Is appalling, on the 27-06-2024 at the High Street Kensington branch a sales person Okay said he would be with me in the minute to help me. As I was going to buy a TV that was on sale, after waiting for 40 minutes this man sent another guy to help me, after three attempts, the man managed to come and “helped me”, he said I could not buy the TV Because they don’t sell the items that are exposed on the shelfs (lied) anyway, I left, went back half an hour later, to look for a different tv, for my surprise the TV I saw 30 min earlier was gone from the shelf and they were selling it to another person, not explanation why they did that.

I was upset by what happened , and went to make a formal complain the day after the manager called Cameron did apologise, however was not willing to help or take any action to stop this situations for happening.
I still don’t understand why they did not sale the tv to me and did to some one else.
I find that discriminatory for a reason that I will never understand.
I am a customer.
Never again.

My four stars are for Shane. He was so helpful attend me and few customers. I saw how short they are in staff . Unfortunately it make do not cover all customers demands and make no the best quality of the attention as I used to have. Make the store look dead and I can see I’m few minutes how customers leave because they do not have enough people in the shop floor. No music, no air consider; really sad! Hope the good people work in there have a good reward. Hope PC improves in staff for atencd and advise a customer.

It’s almost impossible to buy anything here because the place has barely any staff working. They have two people on the top floor for such a massive shop. I was having a laugh with one of the workers, and he was saying that they just don’t have the budget to employ more people, so if you’re in a rush to buy something quickly then this is not the place, as it will take time to find anybody to help you.
