It’s hard to give me an opinion because I’ve been using this store for many years. They have a very large selection Radio Television And everything you need at home From phone laptop fridge washing machine etc . After the last visit (buying a phone) I am disgusted. Going to the store at this time of year (November) I don’t want to stand under the air conditioning and feel cold. I don’t want to hear the salesman complain because she wants to go home early. As well as refusing to accept cash because she had already counted the money. I felt uncomfortable.
Came into the store yesterday (25th March 2024) as our fridge packed up. I was immediately met by Alessandra who straight away showed me the options in store for the new fridge size we required. She was friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful in helping me to make my decision. She swiftly took me through the necessary paperwork which included delivery, collection of the old fridge and after care services. It was a good experience, thank you Alessandra x
09/06/24- Shocking customer service. Popped in to buy a charging cable. Tills weren’t manned. Three members of staff walked passed and rolled their eyes. Asked a fourth one if I could pay for the cable and he was busy. He asked a fifth staff member to serve who refused stating he was on his break. I put the charger back and walked out.. found what I was looking for in John Lewis where they actually man the tills
