Terrible customer service. Firstly they priced the TV I was interested in PS150 more and when I showed them the manufacturer had it available for cheaper they told me they had “mispriced” the TV.

The quality of the TV I purchased wasn’t great and I gave them proof of a fault in the screen and they dealt with me terribly. The manager is an inexperienced young lady and the customer service was terrible. They asked me to bring in the TV myself and told me I would be liable if anything happened to the TV in transit but also didn’t offer any sort of collection service. They weren’t willing to accept the fault without testing and refused to refund me my money even though I hadn’t taken off any of the film and I clearly showed them a fault in the TV.
They were not in the least friendly or apologetic and even other customers who were waiting in line to be dealt with were saying that Currys and this store is terrible with their return policy and dealing properly with customers. Won’t be returning again.

I bought a phone from them…within a couple of months the phone started to have issues…because of being away..It was 4mths b4 I could take it back to PC world…They identify the issue, and stated that it’s on the manufacture warranty, and they would send it of to be repaired. They said it would be 2weeks for me to get it back..I said that’s fine, I just need any phone until it’s return..They said that’s not their policy. I asked them what should I do for 2weeks without a phone..Their response?sorry we can’t help you with that,you just have to manage..after going back and forth..I asked for the head office to complain..it took them 10mins to find it..then said OK have a good day

Visit on 29/05/2024 – very disappointed in staff not helpful at all… I wanted to buy a laptop and a mobile phone for my business urgently. I did ask for assistance from staff few times but they were not bothered at all to give a customer service..

I was looking to buy kitchen appliances as well so with staff not cooperative I decided to buy my items in Argos, homebase and online with better deals.

So much for Curry’s Epic deals.. Goodluck
