Went in here to buy an oven. Iys not.my first time here as I have been here several times before over many many years.
There are nowhere near enough staff available on the shopfloor and you spend an inordinate amount of time seeking to get service which is the key reason I would use a retail shop v an online purchase.

So I went to buy a single oven, I couldn’t find a staff member at all so, checked online and selected an oven whilst in the store from AO. Was able to compare prices, go through the whole.awlectuon and payment process online whilst being in the store waiting to find someone to give info. Ended up completing the purchase and leaving the store and saving PS25. I then walked around the store a bit more and left! Throughout all this time, I was never approached once, by any member of staff and I was unable to find one that could help.
This all occurred upstairs on the upper level of the shop. There are two or three really good members of staff that i spotted from previous visits on the ground floor but they were tied up. But this store cannot give food service based on a few food members of staff. It isn’t consistent and there seems to not be enough staff generally.

It is a shame as now online is the ‘go to’ even if you want service!

Awful customer service. We waited almost an hour with our little one for someone to assist us with choosing a product. None offered to help.

One was having possibly friendly chats with one customer for the entire time of ~1hr!. Couple of times she said she’ll come in 2 mins, which never happened. Three others said they are not experts of product and will send someone else which also never happened. And one who showed up later started serving others who came much later.

The worst happened when we reach the manager. Instead of calming down, she asked us to leave if we can’t wait and even pointed the exit. Such horrible service. Never ever will come to this place.

Really happy with customer service provided by Jarmaine ( hope the spelling is correct) in Brentford. Came in yesterday to purchase a new TV and your knowledge was absolutely incredible. You provided a friendly attitude and quickly responded to all questions. To be honest I cannot remember when I was so impressed about such a great service. Thank you again.
