I called into the Hereford shop as I wanted to buy an iMac. I waited for ages for assistance. There was no one available to help me. In the end, a check-out assistant came to me. But she was unable to answer my technical questions. I also pointed out that the prices were not marked correctly on the point of sale information card. After a further wait and a friendly chat with the woman that had tried to help. I left Currys, headed to the little iStore in the town centre. Where I was able to ask my questions and walk out the door with new iMac. In fairness, every Currys store I’ve ever visited has had the same problem. Too few assistants to advise customers about products.

Very big shop with plenty of choice.

Lift available if needed, staff are hit and miss more so if you need some technical knowledge so go with an open mind and perhaps be prepared to ve told to Google the specs

Good, bright, and clean layout, however, and it’s good to actually hold the items in your hands to get a good feel if it’s what you want

If like me you’re an early shopper then check opening times as I’ve been caught out a few times. At least they stay open until the evening. Always found staff to be friendly. Luckily it was quiet today but during busy times the wait at the tills can take a while. Plenty of parking and central location.
