Staff are not interested in helping you purchase anything, always stood on their phone & Nobody at the pay counter.
2 items have both had faults & needed returning.
The worst part is I’ve wasted 6 days trying to return 1 item & had no freezer for over 3 weeks & food has gone to waste! This is because they delivered one that had been damaged. Absolute shocking customer service.
THERE IS NO COMMUNICATION AT ALL OTHER THAN GOING BACK TO THE STORE! THIS HAS MEANT I’VE MADE 4 TRIPS TO A STORE & STILL NOT RESOLVED THE ISSUE & NO MONEY REFUNDED YET!
I’ve now got to wait another week to get the item removed from my home & go back to the store to receive my refund. This would have meant this process has taken over a month & I’ve been left with no freezer!

THIS PLACE IS AN ABSOLUTE JOKE!
Ordered headphones from a different store 3 months ago and came into this store as one of the hinge/joints on them was damaged. I stood waiting patiently for 20 minutes for a worker to come and help me from behind the desk where I could see him just for him to say that because it’s not a technical issue it is essentially not their problem and I will have to figure it out alone. I have been going to Curry’s for all my electronic issues and purchases for years and never have I been treated so poorly. He made me feel like an idiot for asking about a warranty and basically brushed off my question to get to the next customer in the queue. I won’t be returning to this Curry’s store.
Ground floor collection. A worker (who was not serving me but at the counter) got rude and slick at the mouth to my face with a fake smile as if to say his comment is no longer rude. I wanted to confirm my order before leaving the store so I opened up my phone to confirm it’s the correct size (literally took a couple of seconds). I paid for my goods and I am allowed to confirm my order! Just like I could have easily asked for a refund there and then. Reading Currys clearly some of your staff are itching for a confrontation with its customers.
