Just about the worst experience I’ve ever had with any store I’ve ever been to. Had to travel to the store 5 times in one week. System crash on thr first time so my order never went through, the didn’t tell me just had me waiting. 2nd visit, same thing happened but I’d paid PS45 for next day delivery. Threw my old cooker and washing machine out. Next day comes, items do no arrive. Go back to the store, they tell me it was ANOTHER system crash and I wasn’t able to get my items until after the weekend. I have 2 small children and was left with nothing to cook food. Was told to go back to the store by customer service and they would provide something to cook on or provide vouchers so I could order hot food. Went to the store and they said this isn’t something they do. I reached the end of my tether. Went home in tears. Went back to the store and they managed to get a delivery on the Sunday. I was told in store that my oven could plug straight in, item turns up and it needs hardwiring into the mains. I had to get an electrician out on the Monday and borrow money to pay for him to install it.
Myself and my 2 small children were left without any means of cooking or washing clothes for 5 days through the fault of currys and as it stands , NOTHING has been done to rectify this. I will never ever go to currys or recommend them to anyone apart from someone I didn’t like.

Purchased a heat pump dryer. I feel I have been totally miss sold this product.
Advised I am a key worker & needed a cost effective,fast dryer.
It is taking 6 hours to dry towels !!

My family & shopped at Curry’s for over 20 years.
I am not an unreasonable person if there is additional cost to purchase a drier that takes less then 6 hours for 4 towels I would pay .

I took a day off work to wait for an engineer who advised heat pump dryers do take much longer & sadly this was the nature of the appliance- The total opposite of what I asked for !!!!!!

Sadly Curry’s appear no longer to care about customer service nor selling goods to meet your needs, the company merely takes your money,with no after sale care /interest .

No-one is curry’s appears interested.
I then went in a queue for someone in a South African call centre to say there is nothing they can do.
Requested full complaint escalation & await response.

Love to visit and have a look in this store for tech items. The store is filled with products for all around the house.

The store is located in speke speke retail park so there is plenty of parking available. There are also disabled parking spots available at the front of the store.

There are samples of the products on display so you can see the product before you buy. There are staff around the store who are willing to help if you need it, but I would advice you take someone who knows about the technology so they don’t sell you unnecessary items.

Some can be a little pricey but sometimes they has great deals on, so keep an eye out if you are after a certain item.
