very traumatic experience as a disabled individual. I previously bought an ex display TV by a colleague called Saeed, who was very persistent and had a bullying attitude towards me getting any extra offer purchases which I declined too. After my partner looking into my receipt it came to my surprise that the colleague has indeed put care and repair onto the TV which I declined at the store, I come back into the store recently to try and explain once again I do not wish for any added on purchases and Saeed was incredibly hostile, claimed to be a manager more than twice and extremely unhelpful, worst customer experience I have ever encountered. It makes me wonder who else is he taking advantage of especially if they are disabled. Please look into the colleagues you are employing.
Stood at the customer collection desk for around 20 minutes, I had to be proactive to sort my order out. The store wasn’t busy, at all, so I wasn’t impressed with that service, I get they was all talking in a group and this is fine but when a customer comes in, then one of you needs to go over. I had to give my details over and over, they then brought me the entire wrong product that I had ordered and continued to attempt to scan, I had to point out that they are scanning the wrong product that I ordered. In the end after 40 minutes of being in store after ordering online, a simple collection took nearly an hour. Normally I wouldn’t have been to bothered but I actually needed to be somewhere else and didn’t expect an online order pick up to take longer than doing a Tesco shop.
If you can find a member of staff who knows what they’re talking about, then you’re lucky.
I went to look for a new phone, and saw one I liked. By the time an employee came to assist me, I’d already searched the Internet and found an identical mobile phone PS50 cheaper. So we apologised to the employee and left.
Shame on you, Currys, you used to be the best, Get some decent staff, and things could improve.
