Posting on behalf of my mother who purchased a Kenwood fridge from Currys in Falkirk last Sept. She’s been trying to return it under warranty since Nov due to the load noise and vibrations it makes throughout the night. She’s had 3 call outs from engineers, but they can’t identify a fault. She is emotionally distraught, anxious, and exhausted from the sleepless nights and lack of action to resolve the issue. Noone will help despite purchasing the aftercare service. The customer service is non-existent – no email contact address, lies claiming store manager will call and doesn’t, no engineer report or follow up after engineers visit. I would strongly advise avoiding purchasing anything from Curry’s. Any advice on returning fridge to manufacturer would be appreciated.

Went to the store to purchase a new fridge freezer/ dishwasher and tumble dryer for the new kitchen being fitted. Waited about 50 minutes to get served,when I finally got served all three items not available for collection and earliest delivery slot a week later. Ended up purchasing everything from Argos with next day delivery.

Went hear just after Xmas as my son wanted an Android TV
Went online and the only place they had them to collect was Falkirk store rest was deliver to store. Staff were helpful. Came away with a 40 inch Android TV for my son’s bedroom. Not the top leading brand name of TV but still decent enough and was only PS219
