Had to visit Currys on a few occations as I had an ongoing issue. The first few times I did not get a pleasent experience and I was not happy with the way my issue was being dealt with.

The third and fourth time I visited, the manager (which i forgot his name) was so ignorant. However I then came across the two lovely ladies that did everything they can to sort my issue out. Aaliyah & Ismahan, went above and beyond. Their professionalism were absolutely outstanding! They both stayed on the phone multiple times with Creation for 3/4 hours. Both ladies were very very paitent with me and very bubbly and welcoming.

They explained the differences between each product I purchased, their communication skills is magnificent, they had perfect knowledge about the products they were selling.

Ismahan even carried everything to my vehicle, she was honestly so gentle and kind.

Archie and Hannah both made sure I was provided with the correct information, and that I left the store with a positive solution and a smile!

Me and my husband went there to buy a TV + air frier. The service was awful, we bought the last TV from LG section and they couldn’t give us a box for it because it was the last TV on the stand and instead of this they gave us two options to deliver in on Monday or to wrap it up with bubbles and to took it in the car with us. We choose the send option because we wanted to get the TV today. The employees were really unprofessional and are arguing who will take the TV along with the manager to the car. I have taken pictures to see how they wrap it up and how they stayed on the phone, while my husband do their job and taken out the TV legs. We have spend more than PS1500 at least the service should be professional. I asked to speak with the manager and he go away. Awful experience, I wont buy anything from there

I received such an appalling service(!) by Habib and his Manager Archie who was reluctant to help and look on their system my contracts I’ve had problem with!!! Wow!!! A Regional Manager of Leyton Area ought to visit them, additionally, there was another customer who received the same an upsetting customer service too!!! How many customers were and will be there who received/receive an ill treatment and lies!!!
