When I went to the store and I was looking at the laptops, I found it very bizarre that the staff who were free were just standing around and not trying to serve me. Initially I thought they might have not seen me, but as I was going from aisle to aisle looking around, I knew that they were definitely ignoring me. As it was the weekend and I was dressed in track suit bottoms, they were obviously thinking that this person has just come to look around and is not going to buy anything. When someone did eventually come up to me, I asked if they had one of their high-end Samsung laptops in stock. The answer was no, come back tomorrow and we’ll order it in. Then I asked about another high-end laptop, no. Then another laptop, no. I needed a laptop on the day, that’s why I came in the store! What’s the point of having a store if nothing is available!!! [Remember I just spent at least 30 minutes deciding what I wanted to buy!] Eventually after changing my plans I thought about buying two laptops instead. When I was purchasing them, the staff member, who I think was the manager, was being very pushy (because he wanted to sell me some addition service/software they offer) and wanted to know who the laptop was for and what it will be used for. This was none of his business! To avoid the questions I said I’m going to do some typing on it. He then proceeded to talk about how no software is provided in the laptop and how recovery may be needed. He then said that the service they offer may be needed when I’m doing “typing”. As he said “typing” he was mimicking me and did a hand gesture as if typing/bashing a keyboard. This was extremely rude! What does he think of himself?! In the end, as I needed a laptop there and then, I bought the two laptops. The staff’s reaction and shock on their faces when I was walking away with two laptops was priceless! You can’t judge a book by its cover!!!

“I recently encountered a troubling experience with Curys. We purchased a television that was not functioning and took it to their service center for repair. At the service center, we were asked to sign a form, which we did, under the impression that they would handle the repair. However, we later received a message instructing us to pick up the television as they claimed they could not repair it. They stated that there was ‘damage’ to the television, which was noted on the form we signed.

When we reviewed the form, we noticed that it indicated ‘damage’ which we had not seen before. The service center refused to make any repairs, citing this ‘physical damage’ as the reason. They directed us to call a number for further assistance, but the response we received was unhelpful.

Additionally, we noticed discrepancies in the television’s condition upon return, including differences in the screen image compared to when we initially brought it in. The service center staff, particularly a person named Ricky who identified himself as a manager or supervisor, was unhelpful and rude, refusing to offer any assistance or resolution.

We are extremely disappointed with the service, especially given that we still owe two more years of installments on this television. We feel that the way we were treated and the handling of the situation were unacceptable. We will be sharing this experience on your review page to inform others of our unfortunate experience.”

The worst shop ever. The customer service is unprofessional. I bought a fridge online American style it didn’t came as I wanted, I called customer service asking for an exchange and they brought the same as I had it. Without still receiving the refund for the online order I mad a purchase in this store as I was two weeks now without a fridge. I paid PS45 for next day delivery, took the day off to wait for it and they brought it three days after. When I receive the message that the fridge will come three days later I call customer service and they were unpolite ” I don’t have time to lose, we can not see that you paid for a slot, go and speak with the store”. I went to the store and the guy there said ‘unbelieved, why are you frustrated I can understand you but nothing I can do, is not my fault”. Where should I go with an sorry and a weird look of them like ”what is she saying”. I can not believe that a company like Curry’s to have a customer service like that and a system that makes continues mistakes. I am giving a star because I can not post my review without a star, as they do not deserve nothing.
