Carry’s in Milton Keynes is undeniably a vast and well-stocked store, especially when it comes to electronics.

However, the kitchen items section left us slightly disappointed as we felt the prices were on the higher side. While quality often comes at a cost, it would be nice to see more budget-friendly options. Parking wasn’t an issue whenever we visited.

One aspect that stood out negatively was the not friendly attitude of staff members. In a customer-oriented environment, we expect a friendly and welcoming atmosphere, and sadly, they did not provide that. A smile and a more approachable attitude can go a long way in creating a pleasant shopping experience.

Despite these minor hiccups, Carry’s remains a worthwhile destination for electronics shopping due to its extensive selection. We hope to see improvements in the friendliness of the staff and the pricing of kitchen items in the future.

Never using currys again. Incompetent and petty. Bought and paid for a new cooker, paid cash for it there and then PS400 and used a PS30 voucher, I drive a van so delivery didn’t need delivery. Waited by the front door for them to wheel it out to me… waited and waited nothing I had to go and chase down the sale person who sold me the cooker only to find out they had sold me a cooker they didn’t even have in stock as they had sold it by mistake at the weekend. Charged me PS40 (said they would refund) for delivery had to wait a 5 days for delivery. They refunded me half of what I paid for delivery because I used a voucher so I had to wait 5 days for the cooker and I’m down PS20 because I used a voucher!! Absolute jokers.

Curry’s themselves have been ok but Creation the company they use for there products finance are a shambles, DO NOT! Use curry’s for finance. I’ve had direct debits cancelled by Creation for no reason then on top of that they don’t inform you and stick you with loads of late payment fees. When you try and sort it and pay off fees they won’t remove they don’t let you pay the fees because it’s too close to your direct debit date even though they cancelled it 5 months previous…. Over a year of emails to the complaints department and you just get fobbed off constantly. DO NOT! Finance through Creation finance.
