If i could have put zero i would. The only reason i gave 1 star is because the one salesman i did deal with was really honest and saved me aggravation in the long term. The worst experience ever and very unhelpful and quite honestly a really bad “didnt care attitude”. One male member of staff was quite rude and another female member just shrugged her shoulders in regards to installation issue. Too busy to be served and when i was it was all too much for them. I wanted to buy a washing machine but as it was free standing they didn’t want to know and said it couldn’t be installed as it wasn’t free standing because its housed in a cupboard! Most modern apartments house the washing machine in the hallway in a cupboard these days and the plumbing is all there. I originally ordered online and realised i had an old address. Customer service refused to change it and said they would cancel order. Waited a week for delivery and have now been without washing machine for a week so now have to wait another week to get one. In these modern times of technology why could you not update address which i had done after realising 10 minutes after ordering and deliver to updated address! I have gone to Automatica instead and will never set foot in Currys again. I need various appliances but they dont want my custom.

Just ask for Jack., he knows his stuff. Very professional and helpful. He listened to what we needed and guided me through the mazes of TV’s.

Finally we purchased the TV recommended by Jack the following day but unfortunately he was enjoying his day off., I do hope you get the commission.

His knowledge and skills were that good my son and I popped back into store and purchased a surround sound system that is perfect with the TV.

Just ask for Jack when dealing with Currys Crayford. 10/10.

Disappointed really, was to purchase a battery handheld vacuum cleaner. Only one member of staff available upstairs in this particular area with two customers in front of us. Finally, I got to speak with the assistant to be told the vacuum wasn’t in stock but was in the Orpington store. Found this visit a bit of a fluff. So, I went to Bluewater to buy from the manufacturer direct who priced matched with a discount anyway. Much better customer service visit
