Today, Sunday.I went to purchase a tv at Curry’s in Mansfield. I didn’t have a clue about televisions. What OLED means, what 4k means but I was lucky enough to be approached by Ethan. He was such a knowledgeable, helpful person. Nothing was too much trouble. He did not rush me and he made sure I got the right tv for my budget.
I want to say thank you Ethan. You made my visit to the store sop easy for me.

Today, Tuesday, I had to go back as I had purchased the wrong bracket. I was served by Amanda and Norbett and again, the service was second to none.

I was looking at purchasing an air con unit and was firstly helped by a lovely lady called Hayley. She explained (among other options)I can pretty much take one home today and pay in or within 6 months no interest. Then Paige was extremely helpful by processing everything for me and within 10 minutes I now have an air con unit with the optional card and repair scheme. I can’t thank the staff today for their help!

He was happy to help. Very polite, informative and knowledgeable about the products where as i was not and did need advise not just a sale.
