This fridge was faulty right from day one, we tried just about every setting on the fridge , non worked, after about 2hours on the phone we finally get an appointment with an engineer, he appears 5 days later, within seconds he tells my wife’s and I it’s a manufacturing problem, he goes on to say it will take 7 to 10 days to rectify the problems, also that if its aleak the fridge will be condemt and that may take another 5/6 days to replace the faulty product. the service we’ve received from Currys is less than pathetic, if you’re thinking of buying a any product from Currys DON’T , buy from a small independent company you may pay a bit more but at least you’ll get good service, unlike Currys

Absolutely useless store. Had a really bad experience with them over the past week.

I’ve had technical issues with vouchers which nobody could point me in the right direction to solving, and I’ve had issues with staff incompetence, where I was missold an item I didn’t want, and immediately after, the manager expected me to pay a higher price than I had initially been promised on the correct item, despite the fact that I had just been missold the wrong one minutes before and he had witnessed it.

I just feel completely messed around and disrespected by this company, and by this store in particular.

Ended up asking for a refund and leaving, totally fed up. The refund is still not back in my bank account. Dreading going back to try to finally spend these damn vouchers.

Called into Bradford branch looking to replace our current TV which has recently expired after 12 years service. After viewing the vast selection of TV ‘s I asked a salesman who was restocking a long row of shelving with new products. His name was Asif and although he was busy took the time to answer my enquiries, we parted by agreeing for me to return later with my wife to make sure that we got the correct TV for our requirement.
Later that day on our return Asif again stepped in with very knowledgeable advice on the TV we selected and the stand we needed for it , even explaining in great detail how to assemble said stand. Thank you Asif for your time and patience and passing on your knowledge to get us the right TV.
