Trying to buy my mum a new oven and hob and not one member of staff bothered to speak with us both. Made an effort to visit store and take my mum in the slowest lift in the world to the upper floor (needs must as she is nearly 84!) with the intention of ordering but sadly it was impossible with no staff wanting to deal with customers. It was more important to have 5 of them chatting to one another on the lower floor. I counted 8 staff on site yet all were chatting to each other and none appeared to be dealing with customers (I might be wrong?!) There’s no wonder people chose to go to a rival if my experience is commonplace.
As an aside, be wary of the labels on products because attached photo is the price of the black oven attached to the stainless steel display model. (The black was not on site) Was trying to get a staff member to confirm the price of the stainless steel one on display but as I mentioned, they were disinterested and unavailable. The black is PS279 and the stainless steel PS329 for reference (on the Currys website).

Very satisfied with service …we normally support our local electric shop in bolsover but microwave broke ..half day closing in bolsover …went to currys ..man with long hair & beard upstairs kindly gave us attention & fetched the appropriate salesperson….a young man ( big lad ) saw to us promptly & effiecently …first class service

Amazing service! Johnnie saw us looking lost from across the store, ran over and found us exactly what we were looking for, very friendly and bright! He then sold us an Internal SSD. Great value too! Recommended other products to pair with the SSD. Star employee right there!
