We visited the store in Barnstaple with the intention to purchase a 65″Tv. at 6pm Monday the 7th. May.
Sadly we wandered around the area that was full of televisions, very few turned on for us to view , we would have liked advice and a little assistance in making a important decision in selecting the best Tv for us.
But not a member of staff to be seen on the sales floor, a lone girl on the tech desk.
We wandered around for some time and then left the store empty of customers and staff .
Returning home we ordered a top of the range Television from Amazon at a reasonable price to be delivered the next day
Sadly there is no helping the local stores, their success rests in their service or not.!!

Unfortunately its only due to convenience I would buy anything from this store, usually I try to source from elsewhere. I’ve found on almost every occasion the floor staff hang around groups and seem far more interested in talking amongst themselves rather than actively helping customers or even asking if you need help. I would say in almost every scenario I find what I am looking for elsewhere and inevitably cheaper, however most of the products are on display especially televisions etc which is helpful when trying to arrive at a decision.
Last resort for me unfortunately.

Disappointed by the lack of service I received, was greeted when I walked in and wanted to buy a washer/dryer, was told someone would be over shortly to help. Waited for 10 minutes, whilst waiting I ordered from another store online, cheaper and with free delivery.
When leaving the store, was not acknowledged as the staff were too busy having a social chat.
